A Minnesota native, Finocchiaro has been producing seamless affairs since 2005. After University of St. Thomas, her career launched at Parasole Restaurant Holdings in Minneapolis, where she led a team of sales and event managers across seven Parasole restaurants and implemented the group’s 40,000-member loyalty program – Parasole Dining Club. In 2010, DINEvent was launched with great response. Longing for year-round sunshine, Finocchiaro hung up her mid-west lifestyle for Arizona, and DINEvent’s reach stretched to all corners of the world. Her proven track record of success and industry leading concepts soon catered to full-service event management clients; from there, Broadstone was born.
When Finocchiaro isn’t shepherding her two teams through the competitive events industry, she feeds her adventurous soul by planning her next bespoke adventure to Como, Oslo and beyond! Between excursions, Finocchario indulges at her favorite Southwestern culinary spots, such as Fuego Bistro where she likes to wine and dine with clients and colleagues alike. Finocchiaro calls Phoenix home with her (new!) husband, Vince, and her furry friends, Oscar and Nola.
Anayis Melikian hails from Philadelphia, where her interest in the events industry was first sparked by her experience with an area catering firm. A 2014 graduate of College of Charleston with a double major in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Business Administration, Melikian has since worked with industry leading event consulting and design firm, Calder Clark. Most recently, she led the sales and events team at Charleston’s only Relais & Cháteaux hotel-restaurant property.
Melikian is an über foodie, hostess with the mostest and full West Coast convert. Strong family values, compassion and a lightning-quick wit make her an amazing addition to the Broadstone team. Melikian lives in Santa Monica, where she prefers sitting outside in the sunshine while she strategizes for clients and creative partners alike.
